  • Taxes: All paid upgrades are subject to applicable Greek Value Added Tax (VAT).

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to post, upload, or share any content that:

  • Violates Greek, European Union, or international laws.
  • Features weapons, drugs, regulated substances, or counterfeit goods.
  • Contains scams, phishing links, multi-level marketing schemes, or spam.
  • Infringes on third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Contains hate speech, pornography, harassment, or defamatory language.

4. Intellectual Property

  • User License: You retain ownership of your ad content (text and photos).
  • Platform License: You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display your content.
  • Our Property: All platform branding, software, and design belong exclusively to marketplace.nydri.info.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • As-Is Basis: The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties.
  • Third-Party Deals: We do not vet, inspect, or guarantee any listed items.
  • No Endorsement: We do not endorse any buyer, seller, or service provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Venue Only: We act solely as a venue to connect buyers and sellers.
  • No Liability: We are not liable for fraud, theft, damages, or disputes between users.
  • Maximum Cap: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for upgrades in the last 12 months.

7. Moderation and Termination

  • Ad Removal: We reserve the right to delete any ad without prior notice.
  • Account Ban: We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
  • No Refund: Banned users forfeit any active paid upgrade balances.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
  • Disputes: Any legal actions must be filed in the competent courts of Greece.
